Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. But how do they turn out so perfectly? There are many recipes and methods I tried, but none worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. They must be kept cool, otherwise the whites will not form properly and the yolks may become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.

Another tip is to separate each egg before adding them to the saucepan. Because this could cause your omelet to become curdled, you don't want any yolk to be mixed with any white.
