How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets is one of my favourite breakfast foods. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many different methods and recipes, but none of them seem to work! Today, I'd like to share some tips with you in order to make delicious and fluffy omelets every day.

When making omelets, it is important to be aware that eggs can be temperamental. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. The yolks and whites will not form properly if they aren't kept cold enough. This causes your omelets to look oddly colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. You don't want any white to get mixed up with the yolk because this could cause the omelet to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, microwave the egg for 10 seconds before adding it to the pan. The microwave heat cooks the eggs just right without overcooking them.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. When you mix eggs together, you want to beat them well. Turn the bowl upside down and grab the whisk to do this. Then shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

The fun part begins - you need to pour the milk into your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. You don't need to worry if streaks remain. They will disappear once you flip your omelet.

After you have done folding the eggs, heat the pan on medium heat. The oil will start to smoke. Add 1/4 cup butter to the oil and swirl it around to coat all sides of the pan. Next, carefully open the lid and sprinkle salt into your pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet upside down or with a spatula. Cook the opposite side for another minute. Serve the omelet immediately by removing it from the pan.

This recipe is best made with whole milk. However, it can also be used with skimmed milk.
