Using a cutting board to chop herbs

A cutting board is a great way to make your job easier. The cutting board is a better option than chopping fresh herbs on the countertop. You run the risk to damage the leaves or bleeding them. Here are some tips to help you use a cutting board. First, be sure to use sharp knives. You can also use kitchen scissors. For added flavor, cut herbs in coarse forms to preserve the aroma.

Use a blow torch for removing excess fat from your stock

A blow torch can be used as a way to get the right texture for your fish soup. This method may not be for everyone. But it can save you so much time. To separate the fat, you will need to reduce your stock to around two-thirds its volume. After that, you can use a blowtorch to melt the rest. The stock can then be frozen in ice cube containers or freezer bags. This will keep it fresh for several weeks. You can also make large quantities of chicken stock by using the bones and meat of the bird.

A blow torch is used to remove a shell from a coconut.

You can smash the coconut using a pointed tool such as a knife, hammer or fork. There are three ridges on the outside of the coconut shell that divide it into three thirds. The ridges end in a point at its "butt" end. The ridge that runs between the eyes of the coconut's face and the mouth is the one running between them. To break the shell you can use a knife and hammer to get the rest.

How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets are one of my favorite foods to eat at breakfast. How can you make them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So today, I want to share some tips and tricks with you so you can make your own delicious and fluffy omelets every morning.

We should first know that eggs are very temperamental ingredients when making omelets. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. You must keep them cool enough to allow the whites to form properly and the yolks to become too runny if they're not kept at the right temperature. Your omelets will look strangely colored if this happens. If you're going to cook them immediately, it is best if the eggs are still warm.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. You don't want the white to get mixed with the yolk, as this could cause the egg to curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The microwave heat will cook the egg just right without making it too hot.

Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. You can do this by turning the bowl of your mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This allows the air to be whipped and the egg to be mixed thoroughly.

Now comes the fun part: adding the milk to your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Do not be alarmed if there are still egg streaks visible. Once the omelet flips, these streaks will disappear.

After you have done folding the eggs, heat the pan on medium heat. The oil will start to smoke. Add 1/4 cup butter to the oil and swirl it around to coat all sides of the pan. Carefully open the pan's lid and add salt to the pan. A pinch of salt will prevent your omelet from sticking in the pan.

Once the omelet forms, cover the pan again. Let the top side set completely. Flip the omelet over using a spatula or flip the pan upside down. Cook the other half for another minute. Take the omelet out of the pan and immediately serve.

This recipe works best with whole milk, but skimmed milk also works.
